Obituary of Kenneth Lamb
On April 17, 2021, Kenneth Lamb, age 37, of Stratford, New Jersey and most recently, Atco, passed away suddenly. He is survived by his loving mother, Marie; two brothers, Donald Lamb and Thomas Austin; a sister-in-law, Miranda, and a future sister-in-law, Dominique; as well as an adoring nephew, Treigh. Ken was also blessed to have lifelong relationships with countless aunts, uncles and cousins, as well as many friends who were like family to him. He was predeceased by his father, Donald Sr., from whom he inherited virtually every physical mannerism as well as a keen ability to make children laugh.
Ken worked tirelessly and meticulously as a painter, most recently for Revive Painting in Medford. Whoever you hired to paint your kitchen did not do as good a job as Ken would have.
An active member of various support groups for those battling alcoholism and drug addiction, Ken dedicated himself fully to being a mentor, sponsor, and friend to anyone who needed him. He openly shared his own story (EVERY detail of it) in front of rooms of strangers, hoping that when he was done, someone would approach him and say "hey man, mind if we talk?"
The only thing bigger than Ken's beaming smile and infectious laugh was his heart. He will be greatly missed by all those who had the good fortune of knowing him.
Ken was a lifelong "4 for 4" Philadelphia sports fan, and even now, as he continues to watch over his teams from above, he remains 100% positive that Howie will mess up this draft.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Ken's memory to shatterproof.org.
